Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): KETCHUP, HORSERADISH, LEMON JUICE.
Season to finish: SALT (a pinch), PEPPER (a pinch), WORCESTER (about ½ tsp), HOT SAUCE (about ½ tsp).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
