Ingredients

  • Cider Vinegar120 ml Birnen-Essig (Streuobst)
  • Salt3–4 tsp Salz (18 g)
  • Agave3 EL Agavendicksaft (45 ml)
  • Pepper1/2 TL schwarzer Pfeffer (1 g)
  • Rapeseed Oil120 ml natives Rapskernöl

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cider Vinegar, Agave, Rapeseed Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
