Ingredients

  • Tamarind Chutn1/4 cup prepared tamarind chutney (60 ml)
  • Lime Juice1/4 cup fresh lime juice (60 ml)
  • Yogurt3 tbsp plain yogurt (45 ml)
  • Olive Oil3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (45 ml)
  • Chives1 tbsp chopped chives (15 ml)
  • Cumin1 tbsp ground cumin (15 ml)
  • Chat Masala1 tsp chat masala (5 ml)
  • Sugarpinch of sugar (1 g)
  • Saltsalt (2 g)
  • Pepperpepper (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Tamarind Chutn, Lime Juice, Yogurt, Olive Oil, Chives, Cumin, Chat Masala.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
