Ingredients
- Olive Oil — huile Amphora Line, base d'infusion (scaled 0.3x from 1 L) (300 ml)
- Pomegranate — 1 grenade (scaled 0.3x)
- Mango — 1 mangue, peau+noyau (scaled 0.3x)
- Lime — 1 citron vert (scaled 0.3x)
- Honey — 40 g miel (scaled 0.3x)
- Mango — 30 g mangue ecrasee (montage)
- White Balsamic — 10 cl vinaigre balsamique blanc (100 ml)
- Salt — sel (1 g)
- Pepper — poivre (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Honey, White Balsamic.
- Add: Pomegranate, Mango, Lime, Mango, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until combined.
- Pour into a cold pan and bring to a gentle simmer. The jar stays off the stove — cool leftovers to warm-to-touch before they go back in the glass.
