- Yogurt — 125 g yaourt nature
- Lemon Zest — 1 citron jaune (zestes) (2 g)
- Lime Zest — 1 citron vert (zestes + jus) (2 g)
- Lime Juice — jus citron vert (15 ml)
- Mint — feuilles de menthe PM (2 g)
- Salt — sel (2 g)
- Pepper — poivre (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yogurt, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Lemon Zest, Lime Zest, Mint, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
