Ingredients
- Olives — ¾ cup pitted & sliced cured black olives (~4 oz) (180 ml)
- Calabrian Chil — 2 Tbsp seeded chopped pickled Calabrian chiles in oil (30 ml)
- Champagne — 6 Tbsp Champagne vinegar (90 ml)
- Olive Oil — ¾ cup EVOO (180 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olives, Calabrian Chil, Champagne, Olive Oil.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
