Ingredients

  • Onion — ½ cup minced yellow onion (120 ml)
  • Parsley — ½ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves (120 ml)
  • Oregano — 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano (15 ml)
  • Garlic — 1 tsp finely grated or minced garlic (5 ml)
  • Salt — 1½ tsp kosher salt (7.5 ml)
  • Pepper — 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (5 ml)
  • Red Pepper Fla — ½ tsp red pepper flakes (2.5 ml)
  • Olive Oil — 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil (240 ml)
  • Red Wine Vinegar — ½ cup red wine vinegar (120 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Onion, Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Fla, Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
