- Mayo — 1 cup (240 ml)
- Cider Vinegar — 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Horseradish — 1 Tbsp (15 ml)
- Pepper — 1 tsp black (2 g)
- Salt — 1/2 tsp (3 g)
- Cayenne — 1/4 tsp (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Horseradish.
- Add finishing notes: Pepper, Salt, Cayenne.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
