Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil250 ml vegetable oil
  • Bacon125 g smoked streaky bacon, chopped
  • Egg Yolk1 large egg yolk
  • Rice Vinegar½ tsp rice wine vinegar (2.5 ml)
  • Dijon Mustard½ tsp Dijon (2.5 ml)
  • Lemon Juice1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
  • Soy Sauce2 tbsp light soy (30 ml)

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
