Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil — 250 ml vegetable oil
- Bacon — 125 g smoked streaky bacon, chopped
- Egg Yolk — 1 large egg yolk
- Rice Vinegar — ½ tsp rice wine vinegar (2.5 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — ½ tsp Dijon (2.5 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 2 tbsp light soy (30 ml)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
