- Grain Mustard — 20 g mostaza en grano
- Rice Vinegar — 10 ml vinagre de arroz
- Soy Sauce — 5 ml soja
- Olive Oil — 100 ml AOVE
- Salt — sal (2 g)
- Pepper — pimienta (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Grain Mustard, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
