- Soy Sauce — aged soy sauce for grilling (AO12) 500 ml
- Onion — chopped onion 50 g
- Garlic — garlic 20 g
- Scallion — green onion 10 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce.
- Add finishing notes: Onion, Garlic, Scallion.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
