- Gochujang — red pepper paste (gochujang) 90 g
- Gochugaru — red pepper powder 20 g
- Honey — honey 35 g
- Onion — puréed onion 20 g
- Asian Pear — puréed pear 35 g
- Sugar — sugar 5 g
- Cheongju — Cheongju 5 ml
- Garlic — chopped garlic 20 g
- Scallion — chopped green onion 25 g
- Soy Sauce — soy sauce 15 ml
- Sesame Oil — sesame oil 20 ml
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Gochujang, Honey, Cheongju, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Gochugaru, Onion, Asian Pear, Sugar, Cheongju, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
