Ingredients
- Egg Yolk — 1 jaune d'œuf
- Anchovy — 5 filets d'anchois
- Garlic — 2 gousses d'ail
- Neutral Oil — 250 ml d'huile végétale
- Lemon Juice — Le jus de ½ citron (15 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 2 cas de moutarde de Dijon (30 ml)
- White Wine Vinegar — 15 ml de vinaigre de vin blanc
- Tabasco — 3 gouttes de Tabasco (0.5 ml)
- Worcester — 1 cac de sauce Worcestershire (5 ml)
- Parmesan — 75 g de parmesan râpé
- Salt — Sel (2 g)
- Pepper — poivre (0.5 g)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
