Ingredients

  • Egg Yolk1 jaune d'œuf
  • Anchovy5 filets d'anchois
  • Garlic2 gousses d'ail
  • Neutral Oil250 ml d'huile végétale
  • Lemon JuiceLe jus de ½ citron (15 ml)
  • Dijon Mustard2 cas de moutarde de Dijon (30 ml)
  • White Wine Vinegar15 ml de vinaigre de vin blanc
  • Tabasco3 gouttes de Tabasco (0.5 ml)
  • Worcester1 cac de sauce Worcestershire (5 ml)
  • Parmesan75 g de parmesan râpé
  • SaltSel (2 g)
  • Pepperpoivre (0.5 g)

Method
