Ingredients

  • Neutral Oil200 g olio di semi
  • Egg Yolk1 tuorlo
  • Egg1 uovo intero
  • Yogurt100 g yogurt
  • Beet50 g centrifuga rapa rossa
  • Lemon Juice15 g succo limone
  • Saltsale (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Neutral Oil, Yogurt, Beet, Lemon Juice.
  2. Add finishing notes: Egg Yolk, Egg, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
