- Neutral Oil — 200 g olio di semi
- Egg Yolk — 1 tuorlo
- Egg — 1 uovo intero
- Yogurt — 100 g yogurt
- Beet — 50 g centrifuga rapa rossa
- Lemon Juice — 15 g succo limone
- Salt — sale (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Neutral Oil, Yogurt, Beet, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Egg Yolk, Egg, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
