Miso1 Tbsp miso (15 ml)
Kimchi30 g
Kimchi2 tsp kimchi (10 ml)
Mirin1 Tbsp mirin (15 ml)
Sake1 Tbsp sake (15 ml)
Rice Vinegar1 Tbsp rice vinegar (15 ml)
Grapeseed Oil3 Tbsp grapeseed oil (45 ml)
Honey1/2 Tbsp honey (7.5 ml)
Sesame Seedabout 1 tsp (3 g)
Garlic1 clove garlic

Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): GRAPESEED OIL, MIRIN, SAKE, RICE VINEGAR, HONEY.
Shake-to-line (dashed marks): add KIMCHI. Spoon in, shake, and top up until the settled level reaches each dashed line.
Season to finish: MISO (to taste), KIMCHI (to taste), SESAME SEED (about 2 tsp), GARLIC (2 cloves).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
