Ingredients
- Shallot — 80 g finely chopped shallots
- Chervil — 1 Tbsp chervil (15 ml)
- Chives — 1 Tbsp chives (15 ml)
- Tarragon — 1 Tbsp tarragon (15 ml)
- Worcester — ½ Tbsp Worcestershire (7.5 ml)
- Ketchup — 100 g tomato ketchup
- Tabasco — 8 drops Tabasco (0.4 ml)
- Olive Oil — 300 ml olive oil
- White Wine Vinegar — 50 ml white wine vinegar
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Chervil, Chives, Tarragon, Worcester, Ketchup, Tabasco, Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
