Ingredients
- Oregano — 30 g orégano seco
- Paprika — 50 g paprika
- Chili Flakes — 25 g chili flakes
- Parsley — 50 g perejil
- Garlic — 50 g ajo
- Kosher Salt — 25 g sal kosher
- Canola Oil — 100 ml aceite cánola
- Cider Vinegar — 200 ml vinagre manzana
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Canola Oil, Cider Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Oregano, Paprika, Chili Flakes, Parsley, Garlic, Kosher Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
