- Cream — 125 ml pouring cream (½ cup)
- Vanilla — ¼ vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
- Rose Water — 2 tsp rosewater (10 ml)
- Creme Fraiche — 120 g creme fraiche
Method
- This sauce is cooked on the stove — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
