Ingredients
- Anchovy — 1 oil-packed anchovy fillet
- Salt — 1/4 tsp (2 grams) Morton kosher salt (2 g)
- Mayo — 3/4 cup mayonnaise (180 ml)
- Sour Cream — 1/4 cup crema, crème fraîche, or sour cream (60 ml)
- Cilantro — 1/4 cup (20 grams) finely chopped cilantro (20 g)
- Serrano — 2 chiles serranos (21 grams), stemmed and finely chopped
- Garlic — 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- Lime Zest — 1/2 tsp finely grated lime zest (1 g)
- Lime Juice — 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (45 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Sour Cream, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Anchovy, Salt, Cilantro, Serrano, Garlic, Lime Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
