Ingredients
- Light Soy — 70 ml soja ligera
- Lime Juice — 15 ml lime juice
- Sesame Oil — 5 ml sesame oil
- Olive Oil — 15 ml Arbequina
- Shallot — 20 g shallot brunoise
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Light Soy, Lime Juice, Sesame Oil, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
