- Veg Stock — 125 ml stock
- Vinegar — 55 ml vinegar
- Sugar — 25 g sugar
- Hot Mustard — 45 g mustard
- Mayo — 35 g mayonnaise
- Grapeseed Oil — 300 ml grapeseed oil
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
