Ratio by volume: Lime Juice 45 ml, Soy Sauce 45 ml, Honey 30 ml, Rice Vinegar 15 ml, Mirin 8 ml, Ginger 10 ml, Sesame Oil 15 ml, Chipotle 3 ml, Olive Oil 120 ml, Cilantro 30 ml, Basil 30 ml

Ingredients

  • Lime Juice — 3 Tbsp lime juice (45 ml)
  • Soy Sauce — 3 Tbsp soy sauce (45 ml)
  • Honey — 2 Tbsp honey (30 ml)
  • Rice Vinegar — 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar (15 ml)
  • Mirin — 1½ tsp mirin (7.5 ml)
  • Ginger — 2 tsp minced ginger (10 ml)
  • Sesame Oil — 1 Tbsp sesame oil (15 ml)
  • Chipotle — ½ tsp chipotles en adobo (2.5 ml)
  • Olive Oil — ½ cup pure olive oil (120 ml)
  • Cilantro — 2 Tbsp cilantro (30 ml)
  • Basil — 2 Tbsp basil (30 ml)
  • Salt — salt (1 g)
  • Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Soy Sauce, Honey, Rice Vinegar, Mirin, Ginger, Sesame Oil, Chipotle, Olive Oil, Cilantro, Basil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
