- Lime Juice — 3 Tbsp lime juice (45 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 3 Tbsp soy sauce (45 ml)
- Honey — 2 Tbsp honey (30 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar (15 ml)
- Mirin — 1½ tsp mirin (7.5 ml)
- Ginger — 2 tsp minced ginger (10 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 1 Tbsp sesame oil (15 ml)
- Chipotle — ½ tsp chipotles en adobo (2.5 ml)
- Olive Oil — ½ cup pure olive oil (120 ml)
- Cilantro — 2 Tbsp cilantro (30 ml)
- Basil — 2 Tbsp basil (30 ml)
- Salt — salt (1 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Soy Sauce, Honey, Rice Vinegar, Mirin, Ginger, Sesame Oil, Chipotle, Olive Oil, Cilantro, Basil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
