- Muscovado — 1 el muscovado (15 ml)
- Fish Sauce — 3 el Vietnamese vissaus (45 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 0.5 el sojasaus (7.5 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 1 tl sesamolie (5 ml)
- Lime Juice — juice + zest of ½ limoen (14.56 ml)
- Pepper — peper (0.5 g)
- Salt — zout (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Muscovado, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Muscovado, Pepper, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
