- Lemon Juice — ½ cup lemon juice (120 ml)
- Sour Cream — ½ cup sour cream (120 ml)
- Garlic — 1 grated garlic clove
- Parsley — ¼ cup parsley (60 ml)
- Mint — ¼ cup mint (60 ml)
- Basil — ¼ cup basil (60 ml)
- Salt — 2 tsp kosher salt (10 ml)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
