- Sea Buckthorn — 5 tbsp sea buckthorn juice (75 ml)
- Olive Oil — 10 tbsp olive oil (150 ml)
- Lemon Juice — juice of 1 lemon (30 ml)
- Salt — 2 pinches unrefined salt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sea Buckthorn, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
