Ingredients
- Paprika — 1 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika (22.5 ml)
- Pepper — 1 tsp black pepper (5 ml)
- Cayenne — 3/4 tsp cayenne (3.75 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1/3 cup EVOO (80 ml)
- Garlic — 4 garlic cloves
- Sherry Vinegar — 3 Tbsp sherry or red wine vinegar (45 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 3 Tbsp spicy/Dijon mustard (45 ml)
- Honey — 3 Tbsp mild honey (45 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Paprika, Pepper, Cayenne, Olive Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Honey.
- Add: Pepper, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until combined.
- Pour into a cold pan and bring to a gentle simmer. The jar stays off the stove — cool leftovers to warm-to-touch before they go back in the glass.
