Ingredients

  • White Vinegar1 cup (240 ml)
  • Garlic6 cloves smashed
  • Bird's Eye Chile3 sliced
  • Salt1/2 tsp (3 g)
  • Pepper1/2 tsp (1 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Vinegar.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic, Bird's Eye Chile, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
