- White Vinegar — 1 cup (240 ml)
- Garlic — 6 cloves smashed
- Bird's Eye Chile — 3 sliced
- Salt — 1/2 tsp (3 g)
- Pepper — 1/2 tsp (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Bird's Eye Chile, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
