Ingredients
- Garlic — 2 dientes de ajo rallados
- Lemon Juice — zumo de ½ limón (15 ml)
- Olive Oil — 60 ml AOVE
- White Wine — 125 ml vino blanco
- Thyme — tomillo seco
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, White Wine.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Thyme.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
