- Mayo — ½ batch ben_shewry house mayonnaise (CF1) (175 ml)
- Chicken Jus — roasting juices from 1 chicken, whisked in (60 ml)
- Chicken — chopped roast chicken (150 g)
- Bacon — chopped bacon (50 g)
- Scallion — spring onion (20 g)
- Sour Cream — sour cream (40 ml)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
- Lemon Juice — lemon (10 ml)
Method
- This sauce is cooked on the stove — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Cook ingredients gently according to the published technique, adapted here as pantry quantities only.
- Finish off heat; adjust seasoning.
