Ingredients

  • Mayo½ batch ben_shewry house mayonnaise (CF1) (175 ml)
  • Chicken Jusroasting juices from 1 chicken, whisked in (60 ml)
  • Chickenchopped roast chicken (150 g)
  • Baconchopped bacon (50 g)
  • Scallionspring onion (20 g)
  • Sour Creamsour cream (40 ml)
  • Saltsalt (2 g)
  • Pepperpepper (0.5 g)
  • Lemon Juicelemon (10 ml)

Method

  1. This sauce is cooked on the stove — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Cook ingredients gently according to the published technique, adapted here as pantry quantities only.
  3. Finish off heat; adjust seasoning.
