Ingredients

  • Red Wine2 cups (480 ml)
  • Cassis1 cup crème de cassis (240 ml)
  • Canola Oil1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Garlic3 cloves

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Red Wine, Cassis, Canola Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
