- Espresso — 1 double espresso
- Sherry Vinegar — 1 tbsp sherry vinegar (15 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — ½ tsp Dijon (2.5 ml)
- Olive Oil — 60ml olive oil
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sherry Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Espresso.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
