Ingredients

  • Espresso1 double espresso
  • Sherry Vinegar1 tbsp sherry vinegar (15 ml)
  • Dijon Mustard½ tsp Dijon (2.5 ml)
  • Olive Oil60ml olive oil

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sherry Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Espresso.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
