- Grapefruit — 1 pink grapefruit (pulp+juice+½ zest)
- Olive Oil — ¼ cup EVOO (60 ml)
- Red Wine — 2 Tbsp Campari (30 ml)
- Rosemary — 1 tsp chopped rosemary (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Red Wine.
- Add finishing notes: Grapefruit, Rosemary.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
