- Olives — ½ cup Kalamata olives minced (70 g)
- Capers — 1 Tbsp capers minced (9 g)
- Thyme — 2 Tbsp fresh thyme minced (6 g)
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove minced
- Red Pepper — 1 red bell pepper minced
- Green Pepper — 1 green bell pepper minced
- Red Onion — 1 small red onion minced
- Orange Zest — ½ tsp orange zest (1 g)
- Red Pepper Fla — 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (2 g)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
- Olive Oil — 1 cup EVOO (240 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Olives, Capers, Thyme, Garlic, Red Pepper, Green Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
