Ingredients

  • Egg Yolk1 jaune
  • Dijon Mustard1 c.s. moutarde (15 ml)
  • Red Wine Vinegar1 c.c. vinaigre rouge (5 ml)
  • Grapeseed Oil15 cl Line (150 ml)
  • Mirin30 g myrte (liqueur) en fin

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
