Ingredients
- Aji Panca — 4 cups ají panca puréed (960 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 1 cup red wine vinegar (240 ml)
- Oregano — 2 Tbsp ground oregano (30 ml)
- Cumin — 1 Tbsp cumin (15 ml)
- Garlic — 2 Tbsp ground garlic (30 ml)
- Salt — salt (5 g)
- Pepper — pepper (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Aji Panca, Red Wine Vinegar, Oregano, Cumin, Garlic.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
