- Garlic — 6 dientes de ajo
- Sherry Vinegar — 120 g vinagre de Jerez
- Cider Vinegar — 140 g vinagre de manzana
- Sherry — 100 g manzanilla (vino generoso)
- Soy Sauce — 60 g salsa de soja
- Olive Oil — 150 g AOVE
- Sunflower Oil — 500 g aceite de girasol
- Paprika — ½ cc pimentón dulce (2.5 ml)
- Smoked Paprika — 2 cc pimentón de la Vera (ahumado) (10 ml)
- Water — 70 g agua
- Oregano — 2 cc orégano fresco (10 ml)
- Sea Salt — 12 g sal gorda
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sherry Vinegar, Cider Vinegar, Sherry, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Water, Oregano.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Sherry, Sea Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
