Ingredients
- Aji Amarillo — 4 ají amarillo (seeded)
- Rocoto — 1 whole rocoto (seeded)
- Aji Limo — 1 ají limo (seeded)
- Cracker — 6 soda crackers
- Queso Fresco — 2 cups queso fresco (450 g)
- Evap. Milk — ½ cup evaporated milk (120 ml)
- Vegetable Oil — ¼ cup oil (60 ml)
- Lime Juice — drops of lime at end (5 ml)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
