Ingredients
- Red Onion — ½ red onion thinly sliced (soak iced water 5 min) (75 g)
- Aji Limo — 1 limo chile seeded/sliced
- Cilantro — 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro (15 ml)
- Lemon Juice — juice of 3 small lemons (90 ml)
- Salt — salt (3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cilantro, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Red Onion, Aji Limo, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
