- Cider Vinegar — 15 g de vinaigre de cidre (1/10 = 1.5g)
- Worcester — 5 g de sauce Worcestershire (1/10 = 0.5g)
- Cayenne — 1 pointe de couteau de poivre de cayenne (0.2 g)
- Paprika — 1 pincée de paprika (0.2 g)
- Pepper — 5 g de poivre noir (1/10 = 0.5g)
- Cumin — 6 g de cumin (1/10 = 0.6g)
- Mustard Seed — 20 g de graines de moutarde (1/10 = 2g)
- Molasses — 45 g de mélasse (1/10 = 4.5g)
- Honey — 35 g de miel (1/10 = 3.5g)
- Maple Syrup — 40 g de sirop d'érable (1/10 = 4g)
- Ketchup — 1,5 litre de ketchup (1/10 = 150ml)
Method
