- Fresno Chile — 10 red Fresno chiles stemmed/seeded/chopped
- Garlic — 2 garlic cloves minced
- Ginger — 2 Tbsp minced ginger (30 ml)
- Lime Juice — 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (120 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1/4 cup EVOO (60 ml)
- Sugar — 1 Tbsp granulated sugar (15 ml)
- Salt — 1 tsp kosher salt (5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Ginger, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Sugar, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Fresno Chile, Garlic, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
