Ingredients
- Tomato Paste — 45 ml (3 tbsp) tomato paste
- Onion — 45 ml (3 tbsp) finely cut onion
- Garlic — 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped garlic
- Lemon Juice — 30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
- Mayo — 375 ml (1½ cups) mayonnaise
- Green Chili — 5 ml (1 tsp) finely chopped green chili
- Red Chili — 5 ml (1 tsp) finely chopped red chili
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Tomato Paste, Onion, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Mayo, Green Chili, Red Chili.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
