- Jalapeno — 3/4 lb red jalapeño or Fresno stemmed (340 g)
- Serrano — 1/4 lb red serrano stemmed (115 g)
- Jalapeno — 1/2 lb green jalapeño stemmed (230 g)
- Garlic — 4 cloves
- Sugar — 2 Tbsp (25 g)
- Brown Sugar — 2 Tbsp (25 g)
- Salt — 1 to 2 tsp kosher (mid 1.5) (9 g)
- White Wine Vinegar — 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar (120 ml)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
