- Sunflower Oil — 150 g aceite girasol
- Salt — sal (2 g)
- Honey — 2 Tbsp miel de caña (30 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 Tbsp mostaza Dijon (15 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1 Tbsp zumo de limón (15 ml)
- Tabasco — 1 Tbsp Tabasco (15 ml)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
