Ingredients
- Cider Vinegar — ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (60 ml)
- Sugar — 2 Tbsp granulated sugar (30 ml)
- Grain Mustard — 1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard (15 ml)
- Oregano — 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano (3 g)
- Thyme — 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme (10 ml)
- Olive Oil — 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (of 5 tbsp total in recipe) (30 ml)
- Kosher Salt — 1½ tsp kosher salt (7.5 ml)
- Pepper — ½ tsp black pepper (2.5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Grain Mustard, Thyme, Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Pepper.
- Add finishing notes: Oregano, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
