Ingredients
- Pom Molasses — 4 tsp pomegranate molasses (20 ml)
- Honey — 4 tsp honey (20 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (30 ml)
- White Wine Vinegar — 1½ tsp white wine vinegar (7.5 ml)
- Olive Oil — ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil (120 ml)
- Kosher Salt — ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Pom Molasses, Honey, Lemon Juice, White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Kosher Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
