- Sesame Oil — 10 g sesame oil
- Ginger — 30 g grated ginger
- Olive Oil — 180 g EVOO
- Garlic Oil — 120 g garlic oil
- Lemon Juice — 180 g lemon juice
- Tahini — 30 g tahini
- Brown Sugar — 200 g brown sugar
- Cider Vinegar — 120 g apple cider vinegar
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, Garlic Oil, Lemon Juice, Tahini, Cider Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Ginger, Brown Sugar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
