  • Sesame Oil10 g sesame oil
  • Ginger30 g grated ginger
  • Olive Oil180 g EVOO
  • Garlic Oil120 g garlic oil
  • Lemon Juice180 g lemon juice
  • Tahini30 g tahini
  • Brown Sugar200 g brown sugar
  • Cider Vinegar120 g apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, Garlic Oil, Lemon Juice, Tahini, Cider Vinegar.
  2. Add finishing notes: Ginger, Brown Sugar.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
