Ingredients
- Onion — ½ dl finhackad lök (50 ml)
- Apple — ½ dl finhackat syrligt äpple (50 ml)
- Vegetable Oil — 1 msk olja (15 ml)
- Mayo — 1½ dl majonnäs (150 ml)
- Yogurt — 1½ dl tjock yoghurt (150 ml)
- Curry Powder — ½ msk curry (7.5 ml)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — nymald svartpeppar (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Onion, Apple, Vegetable Oil, Mayo, Yogurt, Curry Powder.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
