- Hijiki — 1 kl hijiki (soak 30 min in water) (5 ml)
- Pepper — peper (0.5 g)
- Mirin — 1 kl mirin (5 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 1 kl sojasaus (5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Hijiki, Mirin, Soy Sauce.
- Add finishing notes: Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
