- Orange Juice — juice of 1 orange (70 ml)
- Lemon Juice — juice of 1 lemon (30 ml)
- Olive Oil — 100 ml AOVE
- Sugar — 3 g sugar
- Salt — salt (1 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
