- Olive Oil — 6 g huile d'olive
- Lemon Juice — 1 g jus de citron
- Lemon — 1 g zeste de citron
- Salt — 6 g sel fin
- Espelette — 1 g piment d'Espelette
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Lemon, Salt, Espelette.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
